At the heart of our College community, lies a strong belief that education is the key to unlocking opportunities and shaping brighter futures.

Giving

Catherine McAuley, Founder of the Mercy Sisters, who opened Mercedes College in 1954, shared a similar view: that education changes lives.

At Mercedes College, we are committed to providing every student with the resources, experiences and support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Whilst yearly school fees enable us to operate today, we are always looking to evolve, to ensure our facilities remain at the forefront of teach and learning.

We have a generous and committed community and always welcome their support.

Ways to contribute to the future of Mercedes College

Every three years, our Mercedes Old Scholars’ Association (MOSA) awards a scholarship to a new student who would otherwise not have a chance to receive a Mercedes College education.

Each scholarship recipient is gifted the tuition fees for their Senior School experience, from Year 10 through to Year 12.

The next MOSA Scholarship will be awarded for a student to begin Year 10 in 2027.

If you would like to help MOSA continue to grant this scholarship, you can donate here.

The Strathspey Society is a special group of Old Scholars, past staff, and friends of Mercedes College who choose to include a gift to the College as part of their Will.

Leaving a gift to Mercedes College in your Will, no matter the size, is one of the most valuable and lasting ways you can support current and future generations of our students.

If you also choose to let us know about your decision, we will be honoured to have the opportunity to thank you and welcome you into The Strathspey Society.
